Description

  • Serve as the primary client services contact coordinating between client stakeholders, CX and Strategy team members, and internal Zeta service divisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client partnerships with high client satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain strong internal team partnerships with high teammate satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of services, technology, and strategic plans.
  • Own monthly billing duties and revenue allocation reporting.
  • Present initiatives and updates to internal teams, teammates, and clients.
  • Lead weekly and recurring client status calls, including preparation.
  • Coordinate team-wide meetings in person and by phone.
  • Optimize existing strategic initiatives and help launch new ones with CX and Strategy subject matter experts.
  • Maximize existing revenue and generate new revenue streams from client budgets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior digital and traditional marketing role managing senior clients and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with cross-channel digital and traditional marketing, partnership development, ecommerce, and CRM.
  • Experience partnering with clients and colleagues on business strategy and solutions.
  • Proven record of revenue generation and growth across a book of business.
  • Adeptness with accounting math.
  • Strong understanding of marketing platform technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital, emerging, and traditional marketing mediums.
  • Experience with Basecamp or a similar asset/project management system.
  • Management experience.
  • Degree education.
  • Evidence of continued personal development.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful, solutions-oriented, positive, accountable, and collaborative.
  • Experience in traditional and emerging marketing mediums is a strong plus.
