Description

  • Own strategy and execution across paid acquisition channels, from awareness through retargeting.
  • Write ad copy, direct creative, manage budgets, and optimise campaigns for lead growth and pipeline impact.
  • Identify, test, and evaluate new acquisition channels such as newsletters, Reddit, and review platforms.
  • Work with sales on account-based paid activity against key accounts and target segments.
  • Own SEO and GEO strategy, including keyword research, content opportunities, on-site optimisation, and technical SEO coordination.
  • Direct website improvements and lead the conversion rate optimisation programme, including roadmap prioritisation and backlog management.
  • Run CRO experiments on messaging, page structure, calls to action, and landing pages, and share insights with the team.
  • Build measurement and attribution frameworks, report on channel performance, and run structured experiments to guide investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create copy and content that supports acquisition, SEO, and GEO.
  • Work closely with the developer to implement website and SEO improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running full-funnel B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Experience with strategy, copywriting, creative direction, budget management, and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-site optimisation, and technical SEO.
  • Understanding of GEO and the factors that influence AI-driven search visibility.
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a B2B SaaS website with a strong point of view on CRO and user journeys.
  • Comfortable with reporting and analysis across platforms, building attribution models, and using data to make decisions.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign setup, reporting, and pipeline measurement.
  • Experience running structured channel experiments and a test-and-learn approach to growth.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.
  • Bonus: experience with both PLG and sales-assisted motions.
  • Bonus: exposure to account-based marketing.
  • Bonus: experience with additional paid channels such as newsletters, Reddit, and review platforms.
  • Bonus: hands-on prototyping or basic web development skills such as Webflow or WordPress.
  • Bonus: familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
  • Bonus: experience in the design, developer, or product tooling space.
