Description

  • Coach Team Leads to strengthen leadership and improve how they support and develop their teams.
  • Set and maintain high customer service standards across the Accounts department.
  • Lead Monthly Business Reviews, Town Halls, and other high-visibility team forums.
  • Partner with HR to manage performance issues and support low-performer exits.
  • Drive performance against targets through team meetings, performance plans, and operational oversight.
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires to set them up for success.
  • Design and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns to support growth.
  • Own process improvements and documentation to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Map and improve the customer journey to increase satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and team empowerment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial insurance.
  • 8+ years of experience in an insurance management role.
  • Proven experience as a leader of leaders, mentoring and developing management-level staff.
  • Strong background in high-level customer service with demonstrated service metric improvement.
  • Experience leading teams in a high-speed, high-ticket, or high-volume service environment.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience driving process improvements and delivering growth aligned to business goals and KPIs.
  • Valid RIBO license is required.
  • CIP, CRM, or CAIB designation is preferred but not required.
