Description

Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospects’ technical environments, Kubernetes challenges, cost goals, and business objectives.
Lead technical discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and uncover customer requirements.
Own and drive technical validation and Proofs of Concept for PerfectScale from preparation through successful outcome.
Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address prospect use cases and concerns.
Build business cases and ROI analyses that quantify cost savings and performance improvements.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale and guide prospects through the technical evaluation process.
Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences through presentations and demos.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and support business reporting and metrics.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS company.
Significant experience selling to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift.
Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions for cloud environments such as observability, optimization, FinOps, or platform engineering.
Strong data analysis skills with experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
Proven ability to build business cases and ROI justifications using product data.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers on cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy.
Familiarity with modern technical selling practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
Prior experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional is a plus.
A successful background in a fast-paced, scaling business within the cloud or Kubernetes management domain is preferred.
Remote work is based in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, or Estonia.
