Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery and qualify customer environments, Kubernetes challenges, and business objectives.
  • Lead technical validation and proof-of-concept engagements for PerfectScale, including preparation, execution, and follow-up.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that address prospect use cases and concerns.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that quantify cost savings and performance improvements.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale and guide prospects through technical evaluation and implementation.
  • Own the technical win for PerfectScale opportunities by addressing technical requirements and building customer confidence.
  • Represent DoiT and PerfectScale at events and industry conferences through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute performance and effectiveness metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Solutions Engineering experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience selling to DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or FinOps teams.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes across EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift, plus DevOps best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions in cloud environments such as observability, optimization, FinOps, or Platform Engineering.
  • Strong data analysis skills with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
  • Proven ability to build business cases and ROI justifications from product data.
  • Ability to explain complex Kubernetes concepts and product capabilities clearly to technical and business audiences.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers on cloud cost management and Kubernetes strategy.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
  • Prior experience as a Kubernetes DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or FinOps professional is a plus.
  • History of success in a fast-paced, scaling business, ideally in cloud or Kubernetes management.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Brazil, with full-time employment in Mexico and Colombia and contractor arrangements in Costa Rica or Brazil.
  • Must be able to work primarily U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
