Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospect cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost challenges, and operational goals through technical discovery sessions.
  • Lead technical validation and Proof of Value engagements for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, including preparation, management, and outcome ownership.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and multi-cloud operational intelligence.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that communicate the financial and operational impact of adopting the platform.
  • Support technical engagements with MSPs, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators across portfolio-level cloud environments.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for prospects and partners.
  • Own the technical win for Cloud Intelligence opportunities by guiding evaluations, addressing requirements, and building platform confidence.
  • Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry conferences through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Translate customer pain points, partner needs, and feature gaps into structured feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to reporting on business performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a pre-Solutions Engineering role selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or an equivalent cloud platform, plus datacenter experience with hypervisors such as VMware.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and related tools such as Cloud Management tools, Datadog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, or AlertLogic.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across large datasets.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment with monthly KPIs and performance reporting.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes in competitive environments.
  • Proven success in a fast-growing and scaling business.
  • Experience with public cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly relevant.
  • Experience in cloud optimization or FinOps is preferred.
