Description

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with technical, executive, OT, IT, cybersecurity, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Lead strategic roadmap discussions that connect customer objectives to Atlassian capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Map corporate initiatives to KPIs and articulate the business value of the Atlassian System of Work.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts and support account planning and growth.
  • Participate in strategic sales conversations and proposal presentations.
  • Define system architecture and oversee enterprise-scale implementations across the customer roadmap.
  • Design robust integrations between Atlassian and enterprise systems using ServiceRocket, Atlassian, and partner technologies.
  • Guide customers through complex architectural decisions and advise on change management strategies.
  • Prototype innovations and custom solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Design secure integration patterns and reference architectures for regulated environments, including air-gapped, DMZ, and outbound-only setups.
  • Architect CMDB and asset management solutions using JSM Assets and Data Manager.
  • Develop reusable strategic assets, frameworks, reference architectures, and best-practice guides.
  • Contribute thought leadership through webinars, demonstrations, content, conferences, and community publishing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical consulting or solutions architecture, or 5 years with a Master's degree.
  • Proven track record guiding customers through significant technology and process change, including change management strategy.
  • Experience mentoring other consultants or architects.
  • Experience working with OT teams or in critical infrastructure environments such as energy, utilities, oil & gas, mining, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or Purdue/ISA-95, or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Experience delivering in network-restricted or air-gapped environments where standard connectivity cannot be assumed.
  • Deep expertise in at least one core area: Enterprise Service Management, Asset Management & CMDB, Enterprise Strategy & Planning, World-Class Software Development, or Cloud Migration.
  • Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL Expert, SAFe, DevOps, or Prosci Change Management.
  • Multiple Atlassian certifications, such as ACP or Atlassian Certified Master, are highly desirable.
  • Industrial cybersecurity certifications such as GICSP or IEC 62443 practitioner, or HSE/compliance frameworks, are a meaningful differentiator.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen for designing multi-year architectures.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex technical concepts for any audience.
  • Deep knowledge of Atlassian integrations, cloud architecture, AWS, Azure, SSO/identity, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Ability to design and communicate solutions within layered security models including network segmentation, DMZ, and outbound-only data flows.
  • Comfort working in audit-driven, compliance-first environments with safety, risk, and regulatory constraints.
  • Familiarity with CSV-based, scheduled, and asynchronous data integration patterns as alternatives to real-time API connectivity.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
  • Preferential consideration is given to candidates based locally to the country’s office for collaboration.
