Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to run technical discovery across engineering, finance, and platform teams.
  • Lead technical validation and Proof of Value exercises for DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations in Thai and English.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses for engineering and executive stakeholders.
  • Work with AWS field teams and local partners on co-sell motions and partner-led pipeline.
  • Lead cloud engineering engagements focused on cost efficiency, resilience, security posture, and automation.
  • Create analytics views, cost allocation views, Composer queries, and CloudFlow automations in DCI.
  • Support MSP, PE, and SI engagements with portfolio-level cloud visibility and optimization use cases.
  • Convert field learnings into reusable assets such as playbooks, Terraform modules, and workshops.
  • Represent DoiT at events, webinars, and conferences, and provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Native-level Thai fluency, spoken and written, with professional working proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production workloads on AWS, with GCP or Azure as a strong plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Field/Forward Deployed Engineering.
  • Depth in at least one domain: cloud infrastructure, data and analytics, or ML/GenAI.
  • Practical FinOps and cloud cost management judgment with the ability to explain tradeoffs across cost, performance, and reliability.
  • Practical observability experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools such as Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow, or cloud-native equivalents.
  • Automation mindset with coding or scripting ability, plus hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
  • Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with large data sets and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to explain complex technology simply and communicate effectively with executive-level prospects and customers.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment and across multiple functions and time zones.
  • AWS certifications, FinOps Certified Practitioner, or experience with AWS partner programs, MAP, WAFR, or GenAI accelerators are preferred.
  • Background in FinOps, SRE, platform engineering, cloud cost management platforms, or modern technical selling processes is a plus.
