Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand prospects’ cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost challenges, and operational goals through technical discovery sessions.
  • Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Value engagements for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, including preparation, execution, and outcome management.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase cloud cost visibility, optimization insights, and multi-cloud operational intelligence.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that communicate the financial and operational value of adopting DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
  • Support technical engagements with MSP, PE, and SI partners and demonstrate portfolio-level visibility and optimization use cases.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and help ensure a smooth prospect and partner onboarding experience.
  • Take ownership of technical win outcomes by addressing requirements and guiding prospects through the evaluation process.
  • Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry conferences through presentations and live demonstrations.
  • Translate customer pain points, partner requirements, and feature gaps into structured feedback for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to business reporting tools and metrics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS software company in a pre-Solution Engineering role selling into enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience with AWS or an equivalent cloud platform, plus datacenter experience and knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and related tools such as Cloud Management tools, Datadog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to work with spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs across large data sets.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment and reporting on monthly KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Executive-facing presentation experience with prospects and customers.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices in competitive environments, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
  • Proven success in a fast-growing, scaling business.
  • Experience with or interest in FinOps and cloud optimization is strongly aligned with the role.
