Description

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to conduct technical discovery across engineering, finance, and platform teams.
  • Own and drive technical validation and Proof of Value engagements for DoiT Cloud Intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations for complex multi-cloud environments.
  • Develop business cases and ROI analyses that communicate the financial and operational impact of the platform.
  • Support technical engagements with MSP, PE, and SI partners using portfolio-level cloud visibility and optimization use cases.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and support a smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Own the technical win by addressing prospect requirements and guiding evaluation processes.
  • Represent the company at events, webinars, and industry conferences through presentations and demos.
  • Translate customer and partner feedback into structured input for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and contribute to business metrics and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering role selling to enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience working with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Datacenter experience with knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and related tools such as Cloud Management tools, DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to work in spreadsheets with large data sets.
  • Practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment and reporting against monthly KPIs.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, clear way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Executive-level presentation experience with prospects and customers.
  • Experience with modern technical selling best practices, including trial, demo, and RFP processes.
  • Track record of success in a fast-growing, scaling business.
