Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to discover customer cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost challenges, and operational goals.
  • Lead technical validation and Proof of Values for DoiT Cloud Intelligence, including preparation, management, and success criteria.
  • Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations for enterprise, MSP, PE, and SI prospects.
  • Build business cases and ROI analyses that show the financial and operational impact of the platform.
  • Support technical engagements with MSPs, Private Equity firms, and Systems Integrators across multiple cloud environments.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for DoiT Cloud Intelligence and support onboarding outcomes.
  • Own the technical win by guiding prospects through evaluation and addressing technical requirements.
  • Represent DoiT Cloud Intelligence at events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Translate customer and partner feedback into structured input for product and engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in internal systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a pre-Solution Engineering role selling to enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or an equivalent cloud platform.
  • Datacenter experience with knowledge of hypervisors such as VMware.
  • Understanding of ITSM ecosystems and tools such as Cloud Management tools, DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, and AlertLogic.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs in large datasets.
  • Good practical understanding of cloud-centric architectures.
  • Comfort working in a metric-driven environment with monthly KPI and performance reporting.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level prospects and customers, with modern technical selling experience in competitive environments.
  • Proven success in a fast-growing, scaling business.
  • Experience implementing or improving trial, demo, and RFP processes is preferred.
