Description

  • Generate outbound leads through email, calling, LinkedIn, and other multi-channel prospecting efforts.
  • Book qualified meetings and help achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
  • Build and refine the outbound motion by identifying and reaching decision-makers on technical teams.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
  • Own the outbound process end-to-end, from account research to securing qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with leadership to refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Communicate the value of DoiT’s offerings to technical buyers and stay current on product and service updates.
  • Build internal relationships with sales, marketing, and cloud vendor teams.
  • Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, or data teams is preferred.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B or cloud products or services.
  • Proven track record of achieving results in an outbound lead generation environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and campaigns in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient mindset.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while staying highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Open to German, French, or Spanish speakers; role is fully remote in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden.
