Description

  • Prepare and oversee monthly financial consolidation across multiple entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and standardize reporting processes.
  • Serve as the primary controller for Americas entities, including the US, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances for Americas subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory reporting, and other financial requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets and preserve financial data integrity.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing findings.
  • Partner with FP&A, tax, and treasury teams to align finance operations with corporate strategy.
  • Mentor and develop regional finance staff and lead process improvement initiatives across the finance organization.

Requirements

  • CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate accounting with a focus on consolidations and international operations.
  • Previous experience managing teams is required.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and multi-entity consolidation.
  • Familiarity with US, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia tax and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite or Priority.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Remote work based on the Eastern Coast of the US.
