Description

  • Lead and manage successful delivery of customer engagements to drive adoption of Google Cloud services.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope engagements.
  • Plan and deliver service offerings in support of cloud adoption and modernization projects.
  • Proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Create measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop corrective actions.
  • Integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Support collaboration within customer teams in a co-development style.
  • Contribute to value consulting, proposal development, and execution when needed.

Requirements

  • Customer-facing experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience driving, managing, and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or similar initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in a Cloud Professional Services organization, comparable IT consulting firm, or program management organization.
  • History of mentoring or teaching others using process, organization, change, or learning improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to create and run measurement systems for adoption, utilization, and proficiency tracking.
  • Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to project management.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments as an adaptable self-starter.
  • Comfortable being on video in internal and client meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
