Description

  • Own relationships with key schools and help them hire smarter and faster.
  • Lead school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach.
  • Make outbound calls to build genuine relationships and support decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to improve the school experience.
  • Source teachers who are a strong match for school needs.
  • Follow up with existing school customers to expand their usage of Zen.
  • Share feedback with the product team on what schools need from the platform.
  • Work with the Ops team to resolve tricky bookings and other issues.
  • Help improve pipeline-building processes with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in education recruitment or a related recruitment role.
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets or similar KPIs.
  • Confidence picking up the phone, handling objections, and building trust quickly.
  • Naturally enthusiastic and curious, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong team-player mindset and comfort working in a close-knit group.
  • Passion for positive social impact, especially in education, is a bonus.
  • Growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Remote working to start, with the role based in Southampton as the region grows.
