Description

  • Lead sales operations efficiency initiatives by designing and optimizing systems, processes, and AI-powered automations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across the sales process from inquiry to account management.
  • Evaluate AI tools and platforms, run experiments and pilots, and manage roll-outs with training and iteration.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to update CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Manage day-to-day project work for major redesigns of Partnerships processes, including research, process mapping, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Work with Finance, Support, and Legal to improve the efficiency of cross-team workflows.
  • Identify, track, and analyze key sales metrics such as win rate, sales cycle length, funnel conversion, and customer ROI.
  • Support the Business Operations Director with experimentation, reporting, data projects, dashboards, segmentation, and invoicing.
  • Create and maintain a database of strategic districts and support outreach planning and execution.
  • Support high-priority events and meetings by compiling data, researching context, and preparing materials for the Partner Success team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations, or 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving and ability to drive execution with stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient with data analytics in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Experience working with messy data, creating reliable reporting, and communicating insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage multiple long-term cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to evaluate tools and best practices, including AI-enabled tools, and translate learnings into scalable process improvements.
  • Humility, a team-oriented mindset, and willingness to do tactical work alongside strategic work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
