Description

  • Lead e-commerce projects using adapted Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Work with an offshore development team to run sprint planning, daily standups, and related project activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team members.
  • Maintain the tools and documentation required for implementation projects.
  • Track and report project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and metrics.
  • Manage client and team relationships to support successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to improve solutions and internal processes.
  • Build data-driven status reports that monitor project progress and support decision-making.
  • Develop understanding of the technology systems and e-commerce industry Zaelab supports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projects.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions.
  • 2+ years of experience with a Consulting or Professional Services company.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience leading teams using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Experience working with multinational teams across the USA, Eastern Europe, and India.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finish.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to stay current on new technologies and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Remote role with occasional travel of 10-15%.
  • Impeccable professional references.
