Description

  • Support and lead e-commerce projects through kickoff, execution, and launch using adapted Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with offshore development teams and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and related project activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Maintain project tools, documentation, and reporting for implementation projects.
  • Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to improve solutions and processes.
  • Develop understanding of the technology systems and e-commerce industry Zaelab supports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce or technology projects.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions.
  • Experience with a consulting or professional services company preferred.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working with distributed or multinational teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices.
  • Technical aptitude with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to stay current on new technologies and best practices.
