Description

  • Build, enhance, and maintain Angular applications for client-facing e-commerce solutions.
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, production-ready interfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and delivery teams to integrate features and meet client requirements.
  • Integrate front-end code with REST APIs (and occasionally GraphQL) and manage state with NgRx or similar patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared standards and continuous improvement.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and support a strong culture of quality and reliability.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives) and take ownership of deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to team learning.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, accessibility, and developer experience and bring recommendations to the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Angular development experience.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, and strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and SCSS including responsive design principles.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with state management patterns and tools (NgRx or similar) and front-end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, commercetools, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication for collaborative cross-functional work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Nice to have: experience with other front-end frameworks (React, Vue), exposure to backend or full-stack development (Node.js, Java), knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), and front-end performance optimization tooling.
