Description

  • Own the core component library, global layouts, and CSS/SCSS architecture.
  • Maintain and evolve the Angular-based design system, including components, tokens, and documentation.
  • Drive frontend quality standards across the platform to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Identify quality gaps, prevent recurring issues, and improve frontend implementation processes.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve design-to-code workflows and speed up implementation.
  • Partner with product engineers to build features, provide frontend guidance, and participate in design reviews.
  • Make independent frontend decisions while balancing engineering, product, and design perspectives.
  • Mentor engineers on design system usage, frontend best practices, and UI quality consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems and component libraries.
  • Experience building design tokens, primitives, reusable components, and scalable CSS/SCSS architectures.
  • Deep understanding of frontend architecture, consistency, and long-term maintainability.
  • Product mindset with the ability to balance design, product, and engineering perspectives.
  • Passion for engineering quality, pixel-perfect implementation, and polished user experiences.
  • Experience driving frontend standards, best practices, and design system adoption.
  • Ability to identify quality gaps and drive frontend process improvements.
  • Strong ownership and ability to make independent frontend decisions.
  • Experience working closely with designers and improving design-to-code workflows.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Storybook, Figma APIs, or design token automation tools is desirable.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity is desirable.
  • Background in fintech, Web3, or complex enterprise SaaS platforms is desirable.
