Description

  • Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment for FSM implementations.
  • Translate client processes into functional specifications aligned with platform capabilities, workflow design, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Configure platform modules and build proof-of-concepts or sandbox environments to validate solution approaches.
  • Guide clients on field service best practices, including dispatch, workforce management, mobile workflows, and service lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical architects, and engineering teams to support sprint execution and delivery.
  • Support UAT, deployment readiness, documentation, training, and adoption efforts to drive business value.
  • Contribute to practice enablement by improving delivery standards, reusable assets, and methodology.
  • Stay current on platform updates, AI-driven automation trends, and evolving FSM and CRM best practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Field Service Management or service operations solutions on ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong functional understanding of CRM and FSM processes, including dispatch, workforce management, case/service workflows, and operational analytics.
  • Ability to translate complex operational requirements into structured functional and technical designs.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients in multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business owners, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing tasks, requirements, and timelines in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions.
  • Interest in AI-driven insights, automation, and intelligent workflows within digital service operations.
  • Understanding of web development architectures, integration approaches, APIs, and data flows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Logik.ai (nice to have).
  • Participation in ServiceNow or Salesforce communities (nice to have).
  • Relevant FSM certifications (nice to have).
