Description

  • Support the delivery of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives through solution design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet delivery milestones with quality and consistency.
  • Assist in designing Quote-to-Cash processes, including product modeling, pricing, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment workflows.
  • Configure product configurators using Logik.ai (ServiceNow CPQ) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with platform best practices.
  • Participate in business and technical discovery sessions to assess current-state systems and define requirements.
  • Support business process mapping and contribute to functional and architectural documentation.
  • Contribute to configuration, development, and testing of CPQ solutions.
  • Support integration efforts connecting CPQ with commerce platforms, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or technical implementation roles.
  • Native or advanced Spanish proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Experience with CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce, or product configuration solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Logik.ai, or similar CPQ platforms.
  • Exposure to integrating CPQ with CRM, ERP, or commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital commerce, service modernization, or customer experience projects is preferred.
  • Background in Manufacturing or B2B industries is preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation tools is preferred.
  • Certified System Administrator certification within 90 days is expected.
  • Certified Application Developer certification within 6 months is expected.
  • ServiceNow CPQ / Product Configuration (Logik.ai) certification within the first year is expected.
