Description

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor projects against timelines, budgets, quality goals, and applicable guidelines.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination across Account, Scientific/Medical, Editorial, Creative, Studio, Technology, Production, and QA teams.
  • Develop work plans, schedules, status reports, and project updates for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Coordinate deliverables, reviews, approvals, handoffs, and final releases throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Route materials for review and ensure required medical, scientific, client, vendor, and final signoffs.
  • Manage project budgets and collaborate with Finance and Accounting on invoicing and revenue recognition.
  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings and communicate project status, milestones, risks, and timelines.
  • Identify bottlenecks, perform risk planning, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support agency process adherence, quality assurance, and development of standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project, program management, or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with medical, legal, regulatory, and client review processes.
  • Experience in medical affairs, scientific communications, medical education, or related non-promotional healthcare communications.
  • Track record of leading small- to medium-scale projects from conception through completion.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with medical/scientific, editorial, account, creative, and project management teams.
  • Proficiency in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hybrid or remote availability within the US, with primary Eastern business hours.
