Description

  • Identify publications, listicles, and comparison articles where Yuno should be featured and request inclusion, updates, or corrections from editors and writers.
  • Audit third-party coverage for outdated or inaccurate information about Yuno and flag issues for correction.
  • Track outreach in a structured pipeline and help measure changes in Yuno’s visibility over time.
  • Source and order branded giveaways for events while managing vendors, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate on-site event materials such as collateral, signage, and booth assets to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide pre- and post-event logistical support, including shipping, inventory, and supplier follow-up.
  • Maintain event briefs, trackers, and documentation across the US and EMEA event calendar.
  • Support remote event coordination across multiple time zones as needed.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across time zones.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with how AI search and LLM-based discovery work.
  • Flexible to occasionally shift working hours to support event coordination across different time zones.
