Description

  • Identify and design technical solutions that meet client business requirements.
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to shape solution strategies aligned with customer industry trends and business goals.
  • Advise client executives and technical teams on technology investments and roadmap decisions as a trusted senior advisor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across priority client accounts.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight during early sales pursuits to support the right solution strategy and maximize client value.
  • Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client engagements and build a qualified sales pipeline in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with Innovation Directors and Technical Solution Architects to win qualified sales opportunities.
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution performance, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex solution issues across platforms and technologies.
  • Drive adoption of innovative tools, platforms, and practices to improve solution quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture or technical leadership.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions across applications, data, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of security, data management, and infrastructure principles.
  • Strong skills in consultative sales and customer engagement.
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into solution opportunities.
  • Experience working at the intersection of sales and technology.
  • Experience with large, sophisticated, and progressive clients throughout North America (preferred).

  • Base salary of $175,000 - $210,000 per year.
