Description

  • Own the full cycle of learning and development programs, from training design through evaluation.
  • Conduct needs analyses to define expected outcomes and scope solutions that build specific skills.
  • Support leaders, coaches, and HRBPs with performance management and feedback frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content and create effective learning and enablement experiences.
  • Develop and produce learning materials, enablement deliverables, and skills evaluation tools.
  • Launch, execute, and manage scoped programs and initiatives through ongoing delivery.
  • Create surveys, quizzes, and diagnostic tools to measure training effectiveness.
  • Manage project timelines, scope, updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Source and partner with external vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an instructional design role.
  • 3-5 years of experience executing and running training programs.
  • Fluency in leveraging AI technologies to create, manage, and evaluate solutions.
  • Experience with learning technologies such as Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and multimedia tools.
  • Excellent project management and consulting skills.
  • Experience with performance management programs and/or competency modeling preferred.
  • Strategic, holistic thinking with the ability to turn long-term goals into time-bound milestones.
  • Process-oriented and methodical approach to training and team member enablement.
