Description

  • Provide L2–L3 support for users accessing systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Troubleshoot AVD-related issues including login problems, session disconnects, performance issues, and application access failures.
  • Support and maintain AVD environments, including dynamic host pools and software distribution to AVD hosts.
  • Perform golden image updates for AVD hosts following runbooks and change processes.
  • Support local laptops used primarily for AVD connectivity and ensure reliable endpoint access.
  • Manage user access and devices via Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune.
  • Perform daily system checks, follow change control processes, and escalate incidents when required.
  • Resolve tickets, perform deeper troubleshooting, and coordinate escalations or handoffs as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Service Desk, IT Support, or Endpoint Support roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
  • Hands-on experience with Nerdio (mandatory).
  • Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
  • Comfortable working in structured, process-driven environments.
  • Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or above).
