Description

  • Partner with retail and brand customers to understand category structures and product-attribution requirements.
  • Map products to customer category needs using manual tagging and machine learning tools.
  • Apply judgment to align data mapping with customer specifications and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver accurate projects on schedule.
  • Monitor and improve product-attribution processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Enhance data-operations processes and supporting tools using technical skills.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the data-mapping process.
  • Own project execution, including deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience with applied Python, PySpark, and/or SQL.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, tagging systems, and machine learning tools.
  • Knowledge of consumer product data and experience with retail or brand data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality results.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience with data management platforms, product-attribution systems, or machine learning tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data mapping, tagging, and categorization practices (preferred).
  • Regular availability for meetings with US-based managers and colleagues, including several hours of US time-zone overlap during onboarding; RegEx experience is a plus.
