Description

  • Work with corporate retail and brand customers to understand their category structures and product attribution requirements.
  • Execute product-to-category mapping using manual tagging and machine learning tools.
  • Apply judgment and interpretation to align data mapping with customer specifications and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects on time.
  • Continuously monitor and improve product attribution processes for better efficiency and quality.
  • Use technical skills to enhance existing data operations processes and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the mapping process.
  • Take ownership of project execution, deadlines, and client expectations.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience developing a technical background with applied Python, PySpark, and/or SQL skills.
  • RegEx experience is not required but is considered a nice-to-have.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, tagging systems, and machine learning tools.
  • Knowledge of consumer product data and experience working with retail or brand data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on high-quality, accurate results.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven ability to execute projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with data management platforms, product attribution systems, or machine learning tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, tagging, and categorization practices is preferred.
  • Fully remote role based in India with several hours of overlap with US time zones during onboarding and training, and ongoing availability for meetings and check-ins with US colleagues.
