Description

  • Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for Xtremax customers.
  • Provide support for customer issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Work closely with IT security to monitor privacy and develop incident-response procedures.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, clarify expectations, present solutions, and address feedback.
  • Manage infrastructure operations in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
  • Support incident management and reliability practices for cloud-based systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with AWS services and architecture.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with direct interaction with clients.
  • Proven experience writing infrastructure code using Terraform.
  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices and incident management.
  • Experience building and managing Windows and Linux servers in cloud environments.
  • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Only Thai candidates will be considered.
  • Preferred: AWS certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Engineer.
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of additional Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terragrunt.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
