Description

  • Set up and manage paid search campaigns from scratch in Google Ads and Bing, including keyword research, ad groups, ad copy, bidding, and extensions.
  • Monitor paid campaigns daily and make proactive bid, budget, and targeting adjustments to reduce waste and improve performance.
  • Continuously optimize paid search performance by improving Quality Scores, CTR, landing page relevance, negative keywords, and audience targeting.
  • Provide structured, data-backed recommendations on budget allocation, new campaign ideas, and strategic changes to the team.
  • Track paid search performance through HubSpot Ads integration from click to closed-won deal.
  • Develop and execute an organic keyword strategy based on buyer intent rather than search volume alone.
  • Brief the Content team on page structure, headers, and on-page SEO requirements, and define technical SEO needs for implementation.
  • Track organic performance in Search Console and rank-tracking tools and report progress against targets.
  • Develop an answer engine optimization strategy to earn citations in AI-generated answers across major AI search platforms.
  • Define attribution and reporting frameworks in HubSpot and Salesforce, build search dashboards, and present ROI and channel contribution to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on paid search experience, including setting up campaigns from scratch.
  • Google Ads certification preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of optimizing campaigns for lead quality and CAC.
  • Solid organic SEO skills, including keyword research, on-page briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Genuine understanding of AEO and how AI models surface and cite content.
  • Active daily use of AI tools for search research, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, a rank-tracking tool, and Google Ads.
  • Experience using HubSpot for campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen focused on pipeline and revenue rather than clicks and rankings.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, writers, and engineers without losing momentum.
