Description

  • Optimize landing pages, funnel entry points, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Align traffic intent, messaging, and landing-page experience to reduce drop-off and friction.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and CRO experiments across key digital funnels.
  • Improve lead generation performance on paid landing pages in collaboration with the paid marketing team.
  • Drive commercial outcomes by improving monetization and Revenue per Visitor (RPV).
  • Introduce AI-driven funnel experiences, including an AI advisor for service and price discovery.
  • Optimize the site for AI-driven discovery behaviors such as GEO and Web MCP.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows, insights, and experimentation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid, Revenue, Product, and Platform teams on funnel initiatives.
  • Progressively take ownership of end-to-end funnel performance for a designated market.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven track record of improving landing-page performance, digital funnels, or conversion rates.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools with enthusiasm for applying AI to workflows, experimentation, and user experiences.
  • Practical experience with analytics and experimentation tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior, funnel optimization, and customer decision-making.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with SEO, user intent analysis, and AI-driven discovery ecosystems such as GEO and Web MCP is highly valued.
  • Must complete a mandatory case study and integrated debrief session assessing AI capability.
  • Ability to think from the customer’s point of view and understand user friction and decision drivers.
  • Comfort with ownership, accountability, structured thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
