Description

  • Own the production pipeline for Xsolla Mall's co-branded page model, including build, QA, and launch coordination at increasing volume.
  • Develop and maintain templating frameworks, build workflows, and launch processes that make page production consistent and repeatable.
  • Coordinate with Mall marketing and content/operations partners to align launches with campaign priorities and operational execution.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and design automated or semi-automated solutions to remove them.
  • Map marketing workflows across XPN, Lightstream, and Mall to find opportunities to improve speed, consistency, and throughput.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated workflows for campaign intake, routing, content scheduling, performance alerts, reporting, and notifications.
  • Support marketing measurement infrastructure by automating data flows and improving reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with BI and Data teams to ensure marketing outputs are captured and attributed correctly across systems such as Jira and Braze.
  • Build alerting and monitoring tools that surface performance anomalies early and produce clear, auditable reporting outputs.
  • Serve as the marketing team's lead advocate for AI tooling, including evaluating platforms, building enablement materials, and driving adoption.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation systems in a marketing or platform environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying automated workflows that run reliably in production.
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tooling, including LLM-based platforms and workflow orchestration tools such as n8n or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical capability with marketing performance data, reporting infrastructure, and attribution/data quality validation.
  • Ability to think strategically about how the marketing function should evolve operationally.
  • Genuine autonomy in identifying high-leverage problems and building solutions with strong documentation and discipline.
  • Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, including VP-level and Finance stakeholders.
  • Preferred experience with Jira administration or automation, including workflow rules, tagging, dashboards, and API integrations.
  • Preferred familiarity with marketing CRM platforms such as Braze, Mailchimp, or equivalent at the integration/data-model level.
  • Preferred background in gaming, SaaS, or platform marketing environments.
  • Preferred experience with BI or analytics tools such as Looker or NeoDash.
  • Preferred track record of raising AI or automation fluency across non-technical marketing teams.
  • Preferred exposure to multi-agent or orchestrated automation patterns.
