Description

  • Partner with regional Sales teams to communicate product knowledge, positioning, and value in customer interactions.
  • Deliver localized enablement sessions, playbooks, and deal-support materials with Product Marketing.
  • Support go-to-market readiness for new product launches and updates at the regional level.
  • Assess regional competitive offerings and tailor enablement content to local market needs.
  • Provide tactical deal support by aligning customer requirements with product capabilities and value propositions.
  • Advise on deal strategy discussions and help teams overcome objections to improve monetization outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering on unique partner requests and technical blockers.
  • Monitor and report on product adoption, deal velocity, partner engagement, and pipeline health.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and related systems to support visibility into performance metrics.
  • Gather and share regional trends, customer needs, partner feedback, and success stories with leadership and Product teams.
  • Participate in structured feedback loops and business reviews to inform roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Represent Xsolla monetization products in customer meetings, partner discussions, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Evangelist, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry, including development, publishing, or platform work.
  • Understanding of monetization models in the local market, including subscriptions and LiveOps.
  • Awareness of direct-to-consumer cases such as web shops, external top-ups, and in-game campaigns.
  • Experience interacting with B2B clients and/or publishers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, internal dashboards, or AI-driven analytics tools is preferred.
  • Ability to support background checks related to criminal history, employment verification, and education verification.
  • Comfort working with confidential company data, regulatory requirements, and sensitive financial information.
