Description

  • Build and maintain a strong presence in leading game developer communities.
  • Represent Xsolla at developer conferences, meetups, and industry events.
  • Organize and participate in developer meetups, hackathons, and regional gatherings.
  • Create technical and inspirational content such as articles, blog posts, tutorials, videos, webcasts, looms, and social media updates.
  • Keep content current and aligned with product releases and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Developer Marketing to expand content reach and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between developers and Xsolla’s Product and Technical teams.
  • Collect, organize, and share community feedback to improve product features and documentation.
  • Identify lighthouse integration opportunities and work with internal teams to deliver them.
  • Track and report on content reach, community growth, event participation, and developer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or a related role, ideally in the game industry.
  • Technical background and software development experience.
  • Solid understanding of game development processes and tools for mobile, PC, and/or web.
  • Proven ability to produce engaging technical content in multiple formats.
  • Strong presence in online developer communities and comfort with public speaking.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for partner visits, conferences, and training events across the CIS region.
  • Based in the CIS region or Serbia.
