Description

  • Own the delivery plan and timeline for SDK initiatives, releases, and documentation updates.
  • Maintain dependency mapping across DevRel, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing and escalate risks or blockers early.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness for SDK releases and major updates.
  • Track progress in Jira and keep delivery status accurate and current.
  • Maintain a live delivery view and lead weekly execution reviews.
  • Track delivery and operational metrics and surface issues across the developer journey.
  • Prepare and run recurring program meetings, including agendas, action items, and follow-up.
  • Publish regular status updates covering progress, upcoming releases, and active blockers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination questions across teams.
  • Run and improve the intake and tracking process for SDK-related requests and coordinate outreach and re-engagement initiatives for SDK merchants.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in delivery or project coordination, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or developer platform environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and align cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of SDKs, APIs, and developer integration workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify and escalate issues.
  • Data-driven approach to tracking progress and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and SDK distribution (preferred).
  • Experience with developer-facing documentation or onboarding flows, self-service/PLG growth models, or distributed async-first teams across multiple time zones (preferred).
