Description

  • Traffic, QA, and launch digital ad campaigns across direct publisher platforms.
  • Set up campaign targeting parameters such as audience segments, geo-targeting, frequency caps, and bid strategies.
  • Monitor live campaigns daily and resolve delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, or creative rejections with senior team members.
  • Pull and compile daily and weekly performance reports using metrics such as CTR, viewability, VCR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Perform basic campaign optimizations including bid adjustments, creative rotation, and placement exclusions.
  • Maintain accurate trafficking sheets, campaign trackers, and naming convention documentation.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and clients to gather, organize, and validate ad assets before launch.
  • Support account managers with post-campaign reporting and analysis to inform future strategy.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting workflow enhancements.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with comfort working with large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/JavaScript for creative troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an agency or media buying environment is preferred.
