Description

  • Support and evolve the bank’s DevOps and platform capabilities.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Work with Kubernetes and OpenShift to support platform operations.
  • Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
  • Maintain deployment processes using Helm.
  • Monitor production systems using Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Support logging and troubleshooting through the EFK stack.
  • Operate independently and take ownership in a mission-critical enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate within a large-scale digital transformation program for banking clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
  • Previous experience in banking or fintech environments is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with GitOps and ArgoCD.
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and logging in production systems.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Helm.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership in enterprise environments.
