Description

  • Coordinate QA activities across complex delivery projects and act as the primary QA contact for internal teams, customers, and external testing providers.
  • Plan, prepare, and manage QA gate evidence for formal quality reviews and delivery acceptance.
  • Prepare and maintain testbooks, coverage reports, static analysis results, execution records, and other QA documentation.
  • Manage quality gates and maintain consolidated deliverable registers and QA dependency tracking.
  • Coordinate Salesforce functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Design and manage defect lifecycle processes using Jira or similar tools, from reporting and triage through retesting and closure.
  • Coordinate defect triage across development, QA, and external testing teams.
  • Analyze test and defect results, identify recurring risks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Communicate quality status, blockers, risks, defects, and release readiness to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Improve QA governance, evidence preparation, defect management, and testing processes.

Requirements

  • Italian fluency.
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including coordination across complex delivery projects.
  • Extensive experience with customer-facing QA processes and external testing providers.
  • Strong Salesforce testing experience across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with QA documentation, traceability, versioning, completeness, and audit readiness.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, release processes, delivery governance, and quality gates.
  • Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SonarQube, Salesforce Code Analyzer, PMD, or comparable static analysis tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and risk analysis skills.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor; EU residency and work authorization required.
  • Preferred: structured GenAI use within the SDLC and familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation, or AI-augmented development.
