Description

  • Design and develop production-grade full-stack web applications and enterprise software.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership and establish engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Translate product requirements and emerging ideas into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
  • Build frontend and backend systems using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js or Deno.
  • Design and integrate REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven solutions, and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Contribute to decisions involving authentication, authorization, data access, security, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor engineers and share knowledge to raise team capability.
  • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Platform Engineering, and other engineering teams.
  • Convert successful technology prototypes into production-quality solutions.
  • Support CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with full-stack web applications and enterprise products.
  • Strong production expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript, including React and Node.js or Deno.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL data modeling, querying, performance, and application integration.
  • Experience with Supabase or comparable cloud-native/Backend-as-a-Service platforms, including authentication and row-level security.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, third-party SaaS platforms, OAuth 2.0, and secure API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, permissions, secure application design, responsive development, and automated testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, modern SDLC practices, observability, performance, reliability, security, and production support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Automation-first, product-focused mindset with experience using AI assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
  • Must work from the European Union and hold the required work permit.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, AI SDKs, AI-enabled applications, Vercel, TanStack Query, React Router, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/Radix, GitHub, or Jira is preferred.
  • Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC and familiarity with agent-based workflows or AI-augmented development is preferred.
