Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients on customized integrations, workflows, and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for customer support requests and coordinate timely resolutions with engineering teams.
  • Provide training and coaching to customers on deploying and managing Xage Security solutions.
  • Translate customer business challenges and objectives into mapped features and measurable business benefits.
  • Represent customer needs internally and influence product roadmap improvements.
  • Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions using internal and third-party tools, software, and hardware.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to build strong relationships with key accounts, particularly in the federal sector.
  • Identify product gaps and work with product management and engineering to address them through R&D and partnerships.
  • Deliver high-quality client outcomes through Xage’s cybersecurity services portfolio.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience developing cybersecurity solutions and services with a focus on IAM/PAM, ICS environments, and network security.
  • 3+ years of experience with Industrial Control Systems such as SCADA, DCS, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, engineering workstations, or historians.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and deploying network security solutions in industrial networks, including zoning, segmentation, and isolation.
  • Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience.
  • Highly developed, process-oriented troubleshooting, problem-solving, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Comfort with at least one high-level programming language.
  • Proficiency in Shell/Bash, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of virtual machines, network virtualization, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Strong customer focus and people skills with the ability to earn customer respect and show compassion.
  • Experience working directly in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% based on business needs.
  • Comfortable teaching and coaching technical subjects.
