Description

Own the end-to-end accounts receivable and billing lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, reporting, and client coordination.
Take full ownership of accounts receivable and billing operations for US-based clients.
Prepare accurate and timely invoices aligned with contracts and subscription models.
Drive collections strategy and help maintain healthy DSO metrics.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes.
Generate financial reports and revenue analysis for leadership.
Improve billing workflows, automation processes, and CRM integrations.
Maintain compliance with US accounting and invoicing standards.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Identify revenue leakages and process inefficiencies, and support process improvements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
Hands-on experience managing US clients and US billing standards.
Strong experience in accounts receivable, billing and invoicing, collections management, financial reporting and analysis, and client services.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
Understanding of revenue recognition principles and subscription billing structures.
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
