Description

  • Own the end-to-end accounts receivable and billing lifecycle, including invoicing, collections, reporting, and client coordination.
  • Take full ownership of accounts receivable and billing operations for US-based clients.
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices aligned with contracts and subscription models.
  • Drive collections strategy and help maintain healthy DSO metrics.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing disputes.
  • Generate financial reports and revenue analysis for leadership.
  • Improve billing workflows, automation processes, and CRM integrations.
  • Maintain compliance with US accounting and invoicing standards.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify revenue leakages and process inefficiencies, and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Hands-on experience managing US clients and US billing standards.
  • Strong experience in accounts receivable, billing and invoicing, collections management, financial reporting and analysis, and client services.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition principles and subscription billing structures.
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
