Description

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-led pipeline development.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first touch through close, including opportunity planning and forecast management.
  • Maintain 3x in-quarter pipeline coverage and adjust prospecting focus to close pipeline gaps.
  • Lead 1:1 ABM-qualified account outreach, engagement, and relationship building, including timely follow-up on inbound leads and referrals.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce hygiene by updating next steps, deal stages, and close plans to support clean pipeline data and forecast confidence.
  • Conduct pre-call research and discovery to assess prospect business challenges, stakeholders, and decision criteria.
  • Lead opportunities using an Opportunity Plan and a sales methodology such as Command of the Message or MEDDICC to map buying committees and advance deals.
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP and pitch process by coordinating with subject matter experts and managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Translate client challenges into compelling pitches and strategic solutions that highlight Wpromote differentiators.
  • Drive executive alignment, manage procurement/legal/contracting requirements, and lead negotiations to close enterprise deals.
  • Participate in post-mortems for wins, losses, and no-decisions and share insights with enablement and future deal execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience, ideally in a marketing agency, media platform, or related services/solutions environment.
  • 3–5 years of proven success managing complex B2B enterprise sales cycles and multi-threaded opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategy and the role of creative, paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, CRM/email, and SEO in growth.
  • Experience with Command of the Message, MEDDICC, or another proven B2B sales methodology.
  • Experience leading 1:1 ABM initiatives and personalized outreach to high-value target accounts.
  • Robust professional network and established relationships with key industry players.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to coach and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience maintaining strong CRM hygiene and opportunity planning for accurate forecasting and deal execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, pitch sessions, and events as needed.
