Description

  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
  • Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and understand user needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
  • Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
  • Support and maintain a cohesive design system for scalability, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Simplify complex AI capabilities and data sets for clarity and usability.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
  • Stay current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements to inform innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Figma’s design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design features.
  • Strong user research skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable designs.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for simplifying complex systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms for usability and clarity (nice to have).
  • Background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation (nice to have).
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems for large-scale apps (nice to have).
