Description

Own design execution for features and workflows across the platform from discovery through delivery.
Lead user research activities, including customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups across multiple fidelity levels.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended.
Contribute to and maintain the design system by improving shared components and patterns.
Articulate design decisions and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Use data and behavioral insights to validate and iterate on design solutions.
Support junior designers through informal feedback and collaboration.

Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in product or UX design within a SaaS or digital product environment.
Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end design for product features independently.
Solid understanding of UX research methods, including generative and evaluative research.
A portfolio showing thoughtful problem framing and well-executed design solutions.
Clear and confident communication skills for presenting work and defending decisions.
Attention to accessibility and inclusive design best practices is a plus.
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, quality, and speed is expected.
Willingness to travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year if not based in the Nashville area.
