Description

  • Execute, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day operations for market-specific and regional testing roadmaps.
  • Support the Experimentation Lead in preparing and delivering experimentation-based growth initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Assist with experiment resource allocation, throughput monitoring, and ROI tracking.
  • Generate and distribute performance reports on experimentation outcomes and insights.
  • Maintain communication with client stakeholders on planning, execution status, and results.
  • Communicate experiment backlog status, planned activities, and blockers to the Experimentation Lead and relevant teams.
  • Support the configuration, launch, and troubleshooting of experimentation setups and regional deployments.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing, product, localisation, engineering, and data science teams to execute experiments and resolve issues.
  • Extract and summarise experiment findings and raw data for review and interpretation.

Requirements

  • Experience executing and coordinating experiments or similar operational projects across multiple markets or regions.
  • Proficiency with project coordination tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of A/B testing principles.
  • Ability to extract, compile, and organise experiment data for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience creating clear performance reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, data science, and localisation teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and expectation-setting skills.
  • Highly organised, accountable, and results-driven with a strong systemic view.
  • Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics suites, and CDPs is preferred.
