Description

  • Maintain Salesforce system health by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and applying patches.
  • Perform data audits, manage migrations, and uphold data quality and integrity standards.
  • Configure roles, permissions, access controls, and security settings to support compliance.
  • Identify and refactor legacy configuration, technical debt, redundant fields, and outdated automation.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and implement AI-driven automation opportunities.
  • Build and optimize cross-functional workflow automation using Salesforce Flow.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, testing, and deployment of system changes.
  • Support users by resolving issues, delivering training, and maintaining documentation.
  • Lead seasonal release impact analysis, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
  • Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting PSA and/or ERP workflows is highly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification; Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist is a major plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage security, profiles, permission sets, and change control processes.
  • Strong experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and adapt to AI/automation technologies.
