Description

Own the vision, strategy, and execution for WinTeam's core ERP modules.
Lead the modernization of a mature ERP platform while balancing technical upgrades with near-term customer value.
Embed AI-first workflows using machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making.
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners.
Establish strong discovery, requirements, prioritization, and execution practices across the product team.
Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Executive teams to accelerate delivery and go-to-market impact.
Build customer relationships through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery calls.
Represent the product in strategic sales cycles and industry events.
Manage product profitability and work with Finance on pricing and packaging models.
Develop data-driven ROI cases for new feature investments.

Requirements

10+ years of product management experience.
5+ years managing and growing product management teams within enterprise B2B SaaS.
Experience with mission-critical platforms such as ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software is strongly preferred.
Proven success modernizing mature platforms and managing tech debt without business disruption.
Experience managing customer change management during platform transformation.
Practical knowledge of designing and launching AI-assisted, data-driven software capabilities.
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence internal stakeholders and present to leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.
MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
