Description

  • Evaluate client requirements and configure appropriate WorkWave database environments.
  • Analyze implementation data and optimize platform onboarding and provisioning methods.
  • Direct activation of WorkWave Payments after assessing risk, technical readiness, and financial compliance.
  • Develop and manage A2P 10DLC registration strategies and maintain alignment with evolving regulations.
  • Establish and enforce governance policies for service scope and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate incoming requests, assess business impact, and approve, reject, or reroute non-standard work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provisioning delays and support smooth customer-success handoffs.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing configurations and identifying discrepancies.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make significant decisions without direct supervision.
  • Analytical and technical ability to evaluate workflows, technical trade-offs, and scalable solutions.
  • Experience developing, negotiating, and enforcing operational policies and business standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer and internal collaboration.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to distinguish mission-critical work from lower-priority tasks.
  • Confidence to challenge out-of-scope requests and maintain queue and operational boundaries.
  • Experience managing or analyzing workflows in enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce and SaaS ecosystems.
