Description

  • Onboard, interview, screen, activate, and maintain records for drivers, when assigned to Driver Onboarding & Activation.
  • Build driver schedules, assign trips, identify coverage gaps, and communicate schedule changes.
  • Monitor on-time performance, reassign urgent trips, contact drivers, and keep clients informed.
  • Build and adjust routes, ensure GPS activation, coach drivers, and maintain complete trip data.
  • Support multiple operational areas in smaller or newer markets and identify emerging constraints.
  • Own daily and weekly performance targets and resolve issues within the assigned area.
  • Escalate issues beyond authority with prior actions and recommended solutions.
  • Maintain accurate driver and trip records across operational systems.
  • Improve and document procedures, identify recurring patterns, and cross-train in an adjacent area.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, or program coordination with ownership of measurable outcomes.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make and explain decisions without scripted procedures.
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs and make quick decisions under competing priorities.
  • Comfort with daily performance measurement and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including regular driver calls.
  • Composure in interrupt-driven and changing operational environments.
  • High attention to detail when managing dates, records, and compliance information.
  • Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours, including weekend or holiday rotations as assigned.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet space for video calls.
  • Preferred: experience in NEMT, healthcare transportation, regulated services, dispatch, fleet, last-mile operations, recruiting platforms, high-volume onboarding, or AI-assisted operational tools.

  • USD $950–$1,200 monthly compensation, paid semi-monthly.
